Refunds for Digital Products

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered if the subscription purchased had technical issues preventing access, unintentional duplicate purchases or unsatisfactory service within the first 2 days of membership.

Refund Process: Customers must contact our support team within 3 days of purchase, providing details of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
